What’s Inside the FS250
Dual-Temperature Undercounter Fridge
The heart of this trailer is a 1.5m dual-temperature under-counter refrigerator with the compressor on the left side. One side stays cold for fresh ingredients, the other side freezes — perfect for ice cream, frozen desserts, or keeping meat and dairy at safe temps. The 65cm tall body fits neatly under the stainless steel countertop, so you don’t lose any prep space. We even cut a dedicated ventilation hole in the side pillar to make sure the compressor breathes properly and runs efficiently.
Full 3+1 Sink System, Health Department Ready
No cutting corners on plumbing. The FS250 comes with a US-standard 3+1 compartment sink — three basins for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing, plus a separate dedicated hand wash sink with its own faucet. No drainboard slope (per this build’s spec, but we can add one if you need it). The system runs off a 60L fresh water tank with exterior fill port and an 80L waste water tank with exterior drain valve, so you can operate fully self-contained when there’s no water hookup available.
Stainless Steel Workspace Everywhere
You’d be surprised how much counter space you get in an 8-foot trailer. A full-length stainless steel work counter runs along the service side, with additional shelving across the entire back wall — upper and lower levels — for dry storage, supplies, and small equipment. Everything is stainless steel, so it’s easy to wipe down and stays food-safe shift after shift.
