As the founder of Layla’s Barkery, Monica’s passion for providing handcrafted and wholesome treats for dogs led her to seek a mobile solution. From the color of the trailer’s exterior to the placement of sockets and the interior layout, every detail was meticulously considered to meet Monica’s requirements and expectations. Unique Mobile Bakery Design
- Lights: To ensure the bakery trailer stands out even in the darkest of nights, we dedicated considerable effort to its lighting design. Numerous small LED lighting units adorn the concession trailer’s windows, creating a mesmerizing display of rhythmic, color-changing lights. We installed LED lighting strips along the exterior walls of the trailer to enhance its visibility and overall appeal during nighttime operations. On one side of the trailer, a logo lightbox proudly showcases the adorable cartoon image of Layla, the former founder of the brand and Monica’s beloved dog. This luminous installation lights up the brand and Layla’s cheerful face, captivating attention and adding a delightful touch to the trailer’s aesthetics.
- Interior: This custom-built bakery trailer for sale is designed to meet the highest standards. The incorporation of food-grade stainless steel workbenches ensures a clean and sanitary workspace that meets the highest standards of food safety. The ample under-counter storage cabinets provide ample space to store ingredients, utensils, and other baking essentials. The commercial refrigerator offers sufficient cooling capacity while occupying minimal floor space. The pull-out trash bin, located in the adjacent cabinet, allows for easy disposal of waste. The inclusion of a two-compartment water sink on the rear table further enhances the functionality of the trailer. The plumbing and water tanks are housed within the cabinet below.
- Layout: With Monica’s focus on selling pre-made dog treats from her trailer, the storage capacity inside the bakery trailer becomes a top priority. To maximize the available space, we installed an additional wall shelf to utilize the vertical surface. Moreover, the concession window is equipped with a stainless steel drop-down folding table, which serves as an additional countertop space for displaying a variety of small snacks and treats. This optimized layout ensures that Monica can efficiently store and showcase her products while maintaining a well-organized and functional workspace.
