1. Electrical and Power System

Since the customer operates in South Australia, the electrical system was designed to meet Australian standards (220V/50Hz, 15A).
We also provided:

•  One external waterproof socket (Australian type) for outdoor power connection
•  An extra external outlet for added convenience
•  A 2P16A air switch with two built-in sockets and a light switch for independent control
•  A 0.9m 15W LED tube light for night operation

To make the cart more appealing in the evening, we installed a circle of LED marquee lights on the canopy. Three extra bulbs were included as spares for the client.

2. Functional Design and Layout

The cart size is 1800 × 800 × 800mm, compact enough for narrow street setups yet spacious enough to operate efficiently.

Main features include:

•  Three large stainless steel cup dispensers, allowing fast and organized drink serving
•  6 pcs of 1/9 stainless steel portion trays (10cm deep) for storing ingredients
•  A built-in cash drawer for convenience
•  Gas stove integration: the countertop was pre-cut to install a gas burner purchased by the client
•  A pre-reserved machine slot (500 × 500 × 670mm) with ventilation holes on both sides and cable holes at the back to fit a heating or drink machine (450 × 450 × 620mm)

Every element of the layout was confirmed with the customer before production to ensure accurate dimensions and proper ventilation for the equipment.

3. Water and Countertop System

To meet hygiene and functionality requirements, the cart was equipped with:

•  Two sinks with a white electric faucet
•  Two 15L clean and waste water tanks
•  18mm white artificial marble countertop, providing a smooth, durable, and easy-to-clean working surface

This design allows the user to prepare food and drinks hygienically, even in outdoor environments.

4. Material and Build Quality

• ETODEVICE used cold-rolled steel for the main structure, ensuring stability and resistance to wear.
• The exterior was painted in RAL1016 yellow, giving the cart a bright, attractive appearance suitable for street vending and markets.
• All edges were sealed with weatherproof glue to prevent water leakage and enhance longevity.
